What Really Happened to NCN: Assassination Attempt or Elaborate Lie?

A social media user, Polycarp Obinna Alegu, has raised several questions regarding Nwoba Chika Nwoba’s (NCN) claims of an alleged assassination attempt on his life.

According to Nwoba Chika Nwoba (NCN), he was being followed by a vehicle carrying three assassins sent by Oguzor, and he had to “jumpologically” jump out of his vehicle and into a nearby compound to escape.

However, Polycarp Alegu has expressed skepticism about Chika Nwoba’s story, questioning the details of the alleged incident. “Following you ‘tyre for tyre’, were you driving yourself or a passenger in a commercial vehicle?” Alegu asked.

Alegu also wondered how Chika Nwoba was able to swiftly leave his vehicle and jump into a nearby compound. “If you were the one driving, how did you swiftly leave your steering and jump out? If you were a passenger, how did you quickly open the door and jump out?”

Furthermore, Alegu questioned why Chika Nwoba did not report the incident to the authorities and instead chose to share his story on social media. “Why not raise a petition against Oguzor and submit it to the CP or IGP for threat to life?” Alegu asked.

Alegu also criticized Chika Nwoba for his history of making accusations against others, including the First Lady and Oguzor. “You have been believing anything coming from him hook, line and sinker,” Alegu said. “He told you that the governor had died during the campaign, you believed and cheered him.”

ON THE JUMPOLOGY

He said a vehicle carrying three assässins sent by Oguzor was following him ‘tyre for tyre’ at Anambra and later double-crossed him, and he then ‘jumpologically’ jumped out of vehicle and jumped into a nearby compound. That he lost his phone and sustained bruises while jumping.

Following you ‘tyre for tyre’, were you driving yourself or a passenger in a commercial vehicle? If you were the one driving, how did you swiftly leave your starring and jumped out? If you were a passenger, how did you quickly open door and jumped out? Did the driver conveying you stop before you jumped out? And were you the only passenger in the vehicle? If there were others, were they watching you jumping without them jumping along?

That you later came back another day and found the person who picked the phone you lost and claimed it. The person who picked the phone is really a good Christian. May God bless him for keeping the phone for you till you came back after some days and claimed it.

That you jumped into a nearby compound, were the assâssins watching you jumping into a compound without pursuing you? Maybe they didn’t have legs to jump along or run after you. Did the compound you jumped into have gate or fence? If it had/has, was the gate open? If the gate was closed, it means you jumped in through the fence. You’re a great man and very agile to have jumped fence and saved your life.

Glory be to God for escaping such assæssination attempt.

Now that you have known the person who sent assāssins to kīll you, why not raise petition against him and submit to CP or IGp for threat to live? Get him arrested so he can provide the assâssins for law to take its course. Threat to life is a serious offence in law and a stitche in time saves nine.

Since you boasted you have evidence of all you have been accusing him of, why are you running? You said you are a spirit that can’t be captured, why now pleading to the governor to intervene?

And you people believed the Mike Ejeagharibe’s story he told you? I’m not dumbfounded that you believed the story because you have been believing anything coming from him hook, line and sinker.

He told you that the governor had died during campaign, you believed and cheered him. He accused the First Lady and Oguzor of buying houses worth billions in Canada, you believed and hailed him. He said the First Lady was crying in the lodge in Abakaliki when she was actually in UK with the scholarship awardees, you agreed. He accused her of infidelity, you believed. He said he monitors the governor and knows how he sleeps at night, you agreed. The list continues. In fact, he has said so many things and you never doubted him; is it a story of jumping in Anambra that you won’t believe? He will cook another story tomorrow and you will still believe, reason he keeps telling stories and defaming people here and there, and you keep hailing him thinking you’re doing him any good. Why not start defaming people the way he does? Why encouraging one to be doing what you can’t do? Didn’t you go to school or that you don’t know how to write and post on social media? You move freely, eat and drink with family and friends while he hides day and night to avoid being captured by the people he had stepped on their toes, and you keep cheering him up. Why not contribute money and send him abroad to be defaming people from there? At least, getting hold of him abroad will always take time, rather than roaming the street while in enmity with many living in the street. If he’s picked up, can you do more than writing “he will come out stronger” on a comment section? Will you still be there to be feeding him and his family? Have you seen an individual that is bigger or greater than government?

May I reiterate that every government needs criticisms to perform well for the people, but a deviation from that to defamation is bad. Character assassination is not criticism. Discussing one’s privacy is not a constructive criticism. And he who alleges should always prove.

He who fights everyone is digging own grave. You should not be attâcking everybody at the time. And those who are quiet when attâcked are more dangerous than the ones fighting back openly. Arresting one with security agents is also far better than descending on one with thugs secretly.

Nonetheless, I support pen for pen and not otherwise.

Udo!
