2Face Idibia Deletes Divorce-Related Posts

Legendary Nigerian musician 2Face Idibia has caused a stir on social media by deleting all posts and videos related to his divorce from Annie, his wife of 12 years.
The controversy began on Sunday, January 26, 2025, when 2Face shared a video confirming the rumors of his divorce on both his Instagram page and story. However, just hours later, the singer deleted the video and claimed that his Instagram account had been hacked.
The announcement, which shocked both fans and fellow celebrities, quickly went viral, sparking widespread debate. In response to the backlash, 2Face posted a follow-up video, where he made a U-turn, clarifying that it was indeed him who made the post.
Speaking in pidgin, he said, “Hello my people, nobody hacked my account. Na me talk weytin I won yan.”
Despite his clarification, the drama continued to unfold on Monday morning, as 2Face was found to have deleted all his posts related to the divorce, including the controversial video.
The singer’s sudden change of heart and the deletion of his posts have left fans and the public questioning the true state of affairs.
