Governor Otu Appoints Linus Obogo as Chief Press Secretary, Reappoints Nsa Gill as Special Adviser

Cross River State Governor, Bassey Otu, has approved the appointment of Linus Obogo as Chief Press Secretary and Special Adviser on Media and Publicity. He also reappointed Nsa Gill as Special Adviser on Public Affairs.
The announcement was made on Tuesday through a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Anthony Owan Enoh.
According to the statement, Obogo’s appointment is part of efforts to strengthen the state’s information and communication machinery.
Nsa Gill, who previously served as Chief Press Secretary in the same administration, now takes on a new role to enhance public engagement and policy communication.
Until his reappointment, Gill was Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Cross River State Council, and a journalist with The Nation newspaper.
