Afrobeats superstar Davido Adeleke recently returned to Nigeria and made headlines with his electrifying performance at a burial ceremony in Anambra State.
The event, held in honor of the mother of Zenco Communications’ CEO, saw Davido and other top artists entertaining the crowd in grand style.
Dressed in an all-white outfit, Davido wowed the audience with some of his greatest hits, including his debut track Omo Baba Olowo. Clips from the event showed the singer being showered with dollar bills as he performed.
The star-studded event also featured appearances by Davido’s close friend, Cubana Chiefpriest, who recently made news after a social media spat with Burna Boy. Other music heavyweights like Phyno, Flavour, and Zlatan Ibile also took to the stage, delivering energetic performances that left guests entertained.
Prominent figures such as Obi Cubana and Jowizaza were also spotted at the ceremony, adding to the glitz and glamour of the occasion.
Davido’s performance comes shortly after the singer shared photos from his trip to the Bahamas.
