Biola Adebayo Denies Domestic Violence Rumors Following Divorce From Oluseyi Akinrinde

Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo has addressed speculations surrounding her recent divorce from Oluseyi Akinrinde, clarifying that domestic violence was never an issue in their three-year marriage.
The actress had earlier announced their separation in a heartfelt post on social media, coinciding with a birthday message to her now ex-husband. The announcement sparked mixed reactions and assumptions about the reason behind the split.
In her initial statement, she expressed regret over the marriage ending, saying, “To everyone who feels disappointed, I’m sincerely sorry. I wish it had worked, but it’s better to stay alive to tell the story. Please keep us in your prayers.”
However, after some interpreted her words as an indication of abuse, Biola returned to social media to set the record straight.
“Please note: we never! I mean never had any physical abuse or domestic issue from either of us. (Seyi has never laid a finger on me and I never did as well),” she wrote.
