In today’s world, where societal transformation is crucial, empowering young individuals to become catalysts for positive change is more important than ever. Recognizing this need, YouthHubAfrica has introduced the Social Impact Academy (SIA)—an innovative program designed to equip young Nigerians with the tools and knowledge necessary to drive meaningful change within their communities.
This two-week intensive program aims to provide participants with essential skills in social entrepreneurship, project management, and community development. By fostering creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking, the SIA seeks to nurture a new generation of changemakers who can develop, implement, and expand impactful initiatives.
About the Social Impact Academy (SIA)
The Social Impact Academy (SIA) is a transformative learning experience tailored for young Nigerians who are passionate about making a difference. The curriculum is designed to cover key areas that are essential for driving sustainable social impact, including:
✅ Social Entrepreneurship: Understanding how to build and sustain initiatives that address critical societal challenges.
Participants will benefit from expert-led training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, enabling them to translate their ideas into actionable solutions for real-world problems.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Social Impact Academy (SIA), applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Reside in Abuja, Nigeria
- Commit to attending at least 90% of the program sessions
