Nigerian TikToker Amadou Elizabeth, popularly known as Jarvis, has opened up about her difficult upbringing and how it shaped her personality before fame.

Speaking during a recent live session, the content creator—known for her signature AI persona—got emotional as she revealed that taking on adult responsibilities at a young age forced her into a role she wasn’t prepared for.

“At a young age, I became a man. Maybe that’s why it’s so difficult for me to act like a lady,” she said. “I was forced to be a man. I was forced to start doing things early—working under people.”

Jarvis recalled her years working as a salesgirl for multiple employers, highlighting how those experiences hardened her and made it difficult for her to express femininity freely.

“Salesgirl? I’m the queen of salesgirls. You know how many people I worked under? I’m sure when my bosses saw me, they were proud and said, ‘That’s my girl,’” she shared.

Her candid reflection has struck a chord with many of her followers, who praised her resilience and vulnerability.
