Regina Daniels Fires Back At Angela Okorie: “You Wanted My Man So Bad”

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has clapped back at Angela Okorie after the latter mocked her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, labeling it a relationship built on money and wide age difference.

Angela had taken shots at Regina, saying she “married her grandfather,” sparking backlash from fans and celebrities alike.

But Regina didn’t hold back in her response. In a fiery post, she reminded Angela that the same man she’s mocking now was once someone she desperately wanted.

“Yes, I married an older man,” Regina began. “But let’s be clear — he is not your regular old man. He’s everything women like you pray for but can’t attract. Don’t push me to remind the world how you once chased this same man you now mock.”

She went on to call out Angela’s lack of maturity and credibility:

“At your age, your reasoning should reflect wisdom. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. A girl who once admired you at six now sees nothing to respect.”

Regina also took the opportunity to separate herself from Angela in terms of success and impact:

“Please stop comparing yourself to me. It’s a massive disrespect — not just to me, but to everyone who supports my journey. You and I are not in the same league. I am bigger than you and your entire music and movie career combined.”

Referencing Mercy Johnson, Regina said:

“Let’s not even mention my mama — Mercy Johnson — whose name rings louder than yours ever will. I don’t need scandals or borrowed relevance to shine. My light is my own.”

In her closing remarks, she added:

“Age is just a number. What truly matters is how you’ve lived, what you’ve built, and who you’ve become. I’ve walked my path with grace, not disgrace — and that’s something your bitterness will never give you.”

This fiery exchange comes after Angela resumed her online jabs at Mercy Johnson, prompting Regina to step into the ring.

We await how this ends — but for now, the drama is on and it’s loud!
