Olamide Reunites With Asake Ahead Of Upcoming Album Release

Nigerian rapper Olamide has reunited with former YBNL signee Asake ahead of the release of his highly anticipated self-titled album, Olamidé, set to drop on June 18, 2025.
The upcoming project will feature collaborations with notable artists including Young Jonn, Seyi Vibez, and British singer Daecolm.
Olamide and Asake’s renewed collaboration puts to rest lingering rumors of a fallout. Despite Asake’s departure from YBNL Nation and the launch of his own label, Giran Republic, the two have maintained a strong professional bond.
Asake’s appearance on the track “99” marks a major reunion and a testament to their continued creative synergy.
Although Asake’s exit from YBNL was surrounded by speculation, his evolution into a label owner and his ongoing collaborations with Olamide highlight his maturity as both an artist and entrepreneur.
