How to apply for NYSC Relocation

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria provides an opportunity for young graduates to serve their country and gain valuable life experiences. In-Camp Application:

Alternatively, corps members can apply for redeployment/relocation online through the NYSC portal. This involves signing in with their email and password, filling out the relocation form, and waiting for notification on their application status. If approved, they can print their redeployment/relocation letter and present it to their new state of deployment.

Online Application:

Visit the NYSC portal: Corps members must go to the NYSC website www.nysc.gov.ng to access the relocation application platform.

Sign in with your email and password: Corps members must log in with their registered email and password to access their dashboard.

Click on “Relocation: On the dashboard, click on the “Relocation” tab to access the application form.

Fill in your details appropriately : Complete the online form with the required information, including personal details and reasons for redeployment.

Wait for notification on your application status : After submitting the application, wait for feedback from the NYSC regarding the status of your application.

If Approved:

1. Print NYSC Online Relocation and Redeployment Letter: If the application is approved, print the relocation letter from the NYSC portal.

2. Visit the NYSC Portal : Go to the NYSC website www.nysc.gov.ng to access your dashboard.

3. Log in with your details: Sign in with your registered email and password.

4. Select Manage Relocation: On the dashboard, click on “Manage Relocation” to access the payment platform.

5. Make payment: Pay the required fee for the relocation process.

6. Print payment receipt: Print the payment receipt as evidence of payment.

7. Print redeployment/relocation letter: Print the official redeployment/relocation letter, which serves as proof of approval.

The redeployment/relocation process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for corps members who need to move to a different state. However, it is important to note that approval is not automatic and is subject to certain conditions.
