Former Governor Akeredolu’s death not painful, Senator Jimoh says, check his reasons

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, representing Ondo South Senatorial District, on Friday, conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu during a visit to Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, the late governor’s wife, at their Ibadan residence.
Senator Ibrahim, accompanied by his wife and son, extended solace to the grieving family, emphasizing his belief in the late governor’s assured place in heaven.
He said that Akeredolu’s impactful life’s work and deeds had cemented his path to heaven, asserting that genuine anguish in death arises from uncertainty about one’s eternal destiny.
His words: “It is normal for us to cry when we lose our loved ones, but Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s death is not painful.
“Death is only painful when you are not sure of heaven. So, Aketi’s death is not painful because he’ll surely make heaven”
