Plateau Killings: Northern Senators Forum pledges prosecution of perpetrators

The Senate has pledged to interface with the Federal Government towards ensuring that perpetrators of attacks and killings in Plateau state are arrested and brought to face justice.
This was made known by leader of a delegation of the Northern, Senators Senator Abdul Ningi, when he led his colleagues to pay a condolence visit on the Governor Caleb Mutfwang on recent killing of people in some communities in the State.
Senator Ningi while applauding the Governor for his efforts towards finding lasting solution to the matter, encouraged people of the state to remain steadfast and peaceful assuring that the culprits will be fished out and punished.
Responding, Governor Caleb Mutfwang appreciated the senators for the visit and charged them to work towards finding ways of assisting and resettling the victims.
