The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared two individuals—Folashade Odelana and Bamidele Ayodele Abiodun—wanted in connection with the controversial online trading platform, Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX).

According to the Commission, the last known address of the suspects is No. 17, Oremeta Street, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos.

CBEX, a digital investment platform, allegedly defrauded thousands of Nigerians, disappearing with an estimated ₦1.3 trillion. The platform promised investors a 100% return on investment within 30 days but abruptly collapsed, leaving many victims stranded after their funds vanished.

In a public notice, the EFCC urged anyone with useful information about the whereabouts of Odelana and Abiodun to contact any of its offices in Ibadan, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt, or Abuja. Citizens can also reach the Commission through the following phone numbers:
09-9044751-3, 08093322644, 08183322644, 07026350721-3, 0706350724-5, or via email at [email protected]. The public is also encouraged to report to the nearest police station or security agency.

The EFCC confirmed that several individuals have already been arrested in connection with the CBEX scheme, and efforts are ongoing to bring all accomplices to justice.
