Ignoring Boundaries: Respect your own and others’ boundaries. Communicate openly to ensure everyone feels comfortable
Overindulgence: Enjoy treats but in moderation. Overeating and excessive drinking can impact your well-being.
Ignoring Mental Health: If feeling overwhelmed, reach out for support. Mental well-being is crucial during the holiday season.
Forgetting Gratitude: Amid the chaos, take a moment to appreciate the positive aspects of your holiday experience
