Tendo Lights Up Lagos NYSC Camp with a Thrilling Welcome Party

The NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in Iyana-Ipaja came alive last night as Tendo delivered a spectacular Welcome Party that corps members won’t soon forget.

The event began with a rousing address by the Lagos State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Mrs. Christiana Salmwang, who described the evening as an introduction to the social activities corps members would enjoy throughout the orientation programme.

“Tonight is not just about entertainment; it’s about bonding, creating lifelong memories, and experiencing the vibrancy that defines Lagos State. I encourage every one of you to make the most of this special night.”

Adding a unique twist to the night was Tendo, a groundbreaking e-commerce platform that allows users to sell online without capital while earning direct profits. Speaking at the event, Tendo’s Brand Manager, Oriyomi Olatunde, captivated the crowd with her presentation.

“Tendo is here to empower you. With our platform, you can start earning money without needing any initial capital. It’s simple, rewarding, and life-changing.”

She also introduced an exclusive raffle draw opportunity for corps members using the referral code ‘BC2’, with cash prizes. ₦150,000 , ₦100,000 and  ₦50,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively. The night hit a high note with performances from the talented Eleganza, and hype man Imole, who kept the energy levels soaring.

The highlight of the evening was the inter-platoon dance competition, where Platoon 6 emerged victorious. Their coordinated moves and infectious energy earned them a special gift sponsored by Tendo.

Reflecting on the success of the event, Olatunde said,

“Tendo not just about business; it’s about community. Tonight, we wanted to bring corps members together, inspire them, and show them that great opportunities exist, even during service. And judging by your energy tonight, I believe we achieved that.”
