Renovated Library Commissioned at Ire-Akari Junior Grammar School

The Ire-Akari Junior Grammar School in Okota Isolo Lagos has officially commissioned its newly renovated library. 

The event, held Friday marked a significant milestone in the school’s history.

The renovated library was made possible through a collaborative effort between the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). 

The project aims to provide a conducive learning environment for the students and support their academic growth.

Speaking at the event, FRSC Area Commander Badagry, DCC AS ADULOJU, highlighted the significance of the project and its potential benefits for the school community. 

The State Coordinator, Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa, represented at the event by Mrs Stella Nweke,  Assistant Director, head Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development branch ( SAED)

emphasizing the importance of education and community development.

The event was attended by various dignitaries, including  the NYSC/ FRSC Schedule officer, Mrs. Yewande Abimbola,  school staff, students, FRSC officials, and corps members.

The School Principal, MRS OYESHILE, expressed gratitude to all stakeholders involved in the project and thanked the FRSC and NYSC for their support.

The renovated library is equipped with modern facilities and resources, providing a comfortable and stimulating environment for students to learn and grow. 

The commissioning of the library marks a significant step forward in the school’s development and is expected to have a positive impact on the academic performance of the students.
