Porsha Williams Describes Divorce From Simon Guobadia as a “Relief” After Settlement Finalized
Reality TV star Porsha Williams has spoken publicly for the first time since finalizing her divorce from Nigerian-born businessman Simon Guobadia.
The divorce, which was recently concluded, includes a settlement that requires Guobadia to pay $40,000 per month for up to 15 months.
In an interview with People, Porsha described the end of the marriage as a major emotional release.
“Well, now that my divorce is finalized—yes, I’m able to exhale. I really am. It comes with mixed feelings,” she said.
Porsha expressed gratitude for finally being free from what she called a long and exhausting legal process, and said she’s looking forward to a fresh start.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star had filed for divorce just 15 months into the marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
