Niyi Adesanya Ignites Passion in NYSC Lagos Camp

A seasoned motivational speaker and businessman, Niyi Adesanya has inspired the 2024 Batch “A” Stream II Corps Members at the ongoing Orientation Course in NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in Iyana-Ipaja.

Mr. Adesanya, popular with his organization, Fifth Gear, notable for organizing seminars and workshops training for corporate entities in Lagos, came with an array of established individuals to motivate the corps members in an event tagged “an inspirational Evening with Niyi Adesanya.” 

The speakers are; Dr. Adeniyi Adeyemi – An experienced Real Estate consultant, Omowunmi Akinnifesi, former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, 2005, Bayo Lawal, an experienced Realtor. 

Addressing the corps members, the first speaker, Dr. Adeniyi Adeyemi, urged them to seize the unique opportunities afforded by the NYSC programme, stating that it represents an important moment in their lives, which he referred to as the “last chance for graduates.”

Dr. Adeyemi stressed the significance of delivering value in every endeavour, irrespective of one’s background or social status, instilling in the corps members a sense of purpose and responsibility.

FORMER MISS NIGERIA APPEARANCE

Following Dr. Adeyemi’s insightful address, Omowunmi Akinnifesi, a former Miss Nigeria and representative of Nigeria at Miss World 2005, captivated the audience with her presentation. She introduced her BUILD framework, which focused on the key elements of Being, Influence, Leadership, and Dressing. Akinnifesi highlighted the importance of networking and maintaining connections among fellow corps members, emphasizing the role of these relationships in personal and professional growth.

Furthermore, she guided the corps members on a journey of self-discovery and mastery, outlining essential steps such as self-awareness, self-love, and self-transformation. Additionally, Akinnifesi provided invaluable advice on professional dressing, particularly in corporate settings, preparing the corps members for their future endeavours beyond the NYSC programme.


BUSINESS INSIGHTS

Mr. Bayo Lawal, a co-owner of Dukiya Investment, shared his wealth of experience and knowledge with the corps members, offering practical insights into business strategies, success hacks and ethical wealth accumulation principles. His engaging presentation provided the corps members with tangible tools and strategies to navigate the world of entrepreneurship and business with confidence and integrity.

As the special guest speaker, Niyi Adesanya returned to the stage to inspire the corps members with his motivational wisdom once again. He encouraged them to believe in themselves, set ambitious targets, and leverage both their knowledge and connections to achieve success. Adesanya emphasized the transformative power of the internet as a tool for self improvement and cautioned the corps members to be mindful of the influences within their social circles.

 He reiterated the importance of gaining practical experience through internships and urged the corps members to share their knowledge openly, recognizing that true fulfillment comes from offering value to others.

STATE COORDINATORS APPRECIATION MESSAGE

Earlier, while inviting the Convener of the programme, Mr. Niyi Adesanya, on stage, State Coordinator NYSC Lagos, Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa appreciated him for organizing such an inspirational programme.

Mrs Baderinwa who described Mr. Niyi Adesanya as her mentor, said she was glad for being able to initiate the return of the Motivational speaker into the Camp, encouraging the corps members to be attentive to whatever they are told as that will be useful for their future endeavours if applied.
