Since Ramadan Fast has already begun, here are some tips to maintain a healthy fast:

Hydration is key

Focus on consuming plenty of water and sugar-free fluids during suhoor and iftar to avoid dehydration during Ramadan Fast.

Mindful eating

Break the Fast with dates and a light meal to avoid overeating. Savor your food and eat slowly.

Listen to your body

If you experience fatigue or dizziness, adjust your sleep schedule or consult a healthcare professional.

Moderate exercise

Light physical activity can help maintain energy levels. Avoid strenuous workouts during fasting hours.
