Ebonyi Lawyer who defamed Deputy Speaker, tenders apology

The Ebonyi Lawyer and former controversial students leader, Maazi Chukwunonso Onwe known as Oscar has tendered unreserved apology to the Deputy Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedu Onah.
The embattled traditionalist known for controversial post on social media against Christians and Christianity has been using his Facebook handle to malign and defame the image of the 4th citizen of the State over the alleged Liberation Movement who is championing in Ohaukwu Local Government Area, particularly Ngbo against native doctors believed to have been engaging in witchcraft, and voodooism against the people of Ngbo.
In a twist of the development, he tendered public apology to the Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Chinedu Onah:
APOLOGIES!.
I, Maazi Onwe Chukwunonso Onyibe do most humbly wish to use this medium to communicate my warm apologies to my old friend and the Deputy Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Onah Chinedu Ogba over some unhealthy utterances, comments and publications made against his person via this medium which emanated from issues that occured in his local government area months back which I was wrongfully informed and which led me to some hasty conclusions and verbal attacks on his person. This was due to the fact that the persons who briefed me over the issues didn’t truly presented the matter the way and manner it happened and owing to some emotions I was moved to drag his name on the media space though in a bide to alert the public but after due consultations and reconciliations with friends, colleagues and families, I wish to apologize to him and solicit he forgive my actions as it wasn’t intentional to cyber bully him but was just curious about the pitiable stories of those who met me but sadly didn’t wait to hear from him as we had agreed before taking the matter online against his person. I wish to state that my interest in the said matter wasn’t directly connected to me but was moved out of pity to those persons but subsequent upon some careful investigations and interventions, I have accepted the obvious that what they presented to me didn’t really occur the ways and manners it was reported to me and thus appeal that the issues be resolved amicably as we work to sanitize our society out of crimes and criminality of any nature.

Please do accept my apologies while we drive the cause of our state in better light and directions.
Yours in Social Services,
Maazi Onwe Chukwunonso Onyibe.
