2024 Batch ‘A’ Stream I NYSC Orientation: Camp Director Urges Prospective Corps Members to Embrace Rules

Prospective Corps Members for the 2024 Batch “A” Stream I Orientation Course in NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Iyana-Ipaja Lagos have been charged to abide by camp rules to prepare them ahead of their service year.

The Camp Director for the 2024 Batch “A” Stream I Orientation Course, Mr. Kayode Osinubi, gave the charge while addressing the Prospective Corps Members at the first Morning Meditation of the Orientation Course on Friday morning.

Mr. Osinubi who took the Prospective Corps Members through the objectives of the NYSC Scheme, enjoined them to abide by camp rules, stating that the purpose of the Orientation Course is to prepare them for the challenges of the service year.

The Head of Publicity and Protocol, Mrs. Omolola Aladesoun, also taught the Prospective Corps Members lyrics of the NYSC anthem, while the first motivational thought, officially known as “Meditation” was read to the Corps Members.

The Morning Meditation of the NYSC is divided into segments which are; anthems which form the opening of the programme, motivational speeches, religious activities, and physical exercises.
