LAGOS CAMP: Ensure Wild Ideas Of PCMs Are Diffused – Baderinwa Tells Camp Officials

State Coordinator NYSC Lagos, Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa, has on Thursday at the NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in Iyana-Ipaja, told camp officials of the 2023 Batch “C” Stream II Orientation Course to ensure the various and wild ideas bandied by Prospective Corps Members into the Camp are diffused. Mrs Baderinwa said this during the camp meeting initiating the Batch “C” Stream II Course.

Mrs Baderinwa encouraged the officials to make the corps members feel comfortable, while making them do what they are expected to do and what is right. She urged them to be fair to the corps members, not insult them and also not abuse them.
She told the officials to enable discipline during the course and right sensibility of the corps members so that the goal of the orientation course of preparing them for the outside world is realized. Pertaining to the health of corps members, she instructed that their health be given premium consideration and ensure due process is activated concerning the corps members.

Also, the Camp Director of Course, Mrs Victoria Akowonlehin, has urged the officials to work in synergy and ensure all tasks assigned are diligently attended to. She reminded the officials that the Camp is regimented so therefore, all officials must not leave the camp except they are authorized to do so.
Mrs Akowonlehin encouraged the officials to handle the corps members to handle the corps members carefully as they can be unruly just like their wards who are loved. Mrs Akowonlehin while closing her remarks, unveiled the theme of the course as “Obedience and Commitment, key to unprecedented success.” It is important to state that the 2023 Batch “C” Stream II Course commences tomorrow following the close of 2023 Batch “C” Stream I Orientation course closed two days ago.
