WAEC Result Of Edo Governor Monday Okpabelo Sparks Uproar After Warning Peter Obi

Edo State Governor Monday Okpabelo is under scrutiny after his 2008 WAEC result resurfaced online, shortly after he issued a public warning to Peter Obi over the latter’s visit to Benin City.
Obi, during his recent stop in the Edo capital, donated ₦15 million—a gesture that drew applause from supporters but appeared to irk Governor Okpabelo.
Amid the backlash, critics dug up the governor’s academic records, revealing that he sat for six subjects and scored poorly. His highest grade was a C5 in Mathematics, while he recorded D7 in Commerce, Economics, and Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK), and an E8 in English Language.
The revelation has ignited heated reactions across social media, with many questioning his academic qualifications and leadership credibility.
