Mrs Erokwu Obiageli, former NYSC Director of Finance and Accounts, at the National Directorate Headquarters, has paid a motivational visit to the 2023 batch “C” Stream II Corp members at the NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in Iyana-Ipaja.

In her speech, Mrs Erokwu admonished the corps members to be of good behaviour in their respective places of primary assignment, put their heads on ground and learn.

The retired administrator who stressed on the difficulty of securing employment by the youths, urged the corps members to take the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development training on camp serious and during the service year in order to carve a living for themselves and also employ labour.

Mrs Erokwu also mentioned that the one year mandatory service is an avenue for corps members to explore different cultures and build meaningful relationships.

She urged them to take advantage of this and build lasting relationships. Mrs Erokwu who retired from the scheme in 2014 commended the resilience of the corps members and appreciated them for performances they staged to receive her into the Camp.
