Muslim Corps Members Observe First Jumat In Lagos Camp

On the third day of the 2024 Batch “B” Stream I Orientation Course, Muslim corps members at the NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in Iyana-Ipaja observed their first Jumat prayer on camp.
The Camp Mosque, under the administration of the Muslim Corpers Association of Nigeria (MCAN), provided a sacred space for the corps members to practice their faith.
MCAN is one of the three religious bodies on camp, catering to the spiritual needs of corps members, alongside the National Association of Catholic Corpers (NACC) and the Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF).
This inclusive environment ensures that corps members from diverse religious backgrounds can worship and grow together during their NYSC journey.
