The Member House of Representatives for Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Comrade Chinedu Ogah, has shown his support for the people of Okpuitumo Agaramugoede Kingdom as they celebrate the Okpuitumo Aji Ereke Festival.
The Aji Ereke festival, deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of Ikwo communities, holds significant importance as a time-honored tradition that brings together residents from various backgrounds to celebrate unity and cultural identity.
Hon. Ogah distributed essential cash items to all 15 villages within the Okpitumo community on Monday. The distribution, characterized by fairness and equity, aimed to promote unity and shared prosperity among the residents.
In his address, Hon. Ogah emphasized the importance of supporting the government of His Excellency, Chief Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru, and the APC-led administration. He reiterated his commitment to advocating for his constituents and ensuring that democracy’s dividends reach every corner of the region.
Highlighting the significance of the Aji Ereke festival as a unifying force within Ikwo communities, Hon. Ogah underscored its role in fostering harmony and goodwill among community members.
