Corps Members Gain Professional Edge Through NIM Collaboration

The Institute of Management (NIM) led by Mr. Ebido Clement has sensitised the 2024 Batch B stream II corps members undergoing their Orientation exercise at the Lagos Camp.
Mr.Clement highlighted the Institute’s ongoing partnership with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), which began in 2005.He said this collaboration aims to enrich Corps members entrepreneurship and management skills.

According to him, NIM program offers several benefits to participants,adding that it provides an additional professional qualification, which can aid in self-employment and effective business managemen
He further assured that participants would also gain valuable networking opportunities and a competitive edge for career progression.
Mr Clement equally explained to the Corps members that the program includes an induction ceremony. This ceremony is for those who pass their exams.
It culminates in the award of two certificates: the Graduate Member Certificate and the Skill in Management Certificate.
He stated that the credentials are designed to boost the professional development of Corps members. They also support their future career endeavors.
