Anthony Joshua Meets Tinubu in Lagos, Presents Autographed Glove
British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua recently visited President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his Lagos residence.
The meeting was revealed on Wednesday through photos shared on X by Dada Olusegun, President Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media.
During the visit, Joshua presented President Tinubu with an autographed boxing glove, inscribed with a personalized message that read, “To the Great Asiwaju Jagaban, Borgu of Africa, ‘Bola A Tinubu.’”
This visit followed Joshua’s meeting with Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun at the Government House in Abeokuta on Monday, where the governor named him a “sports ambassador” for the state.
